At Respectfu11y, we believe creativity should be for everyone—and that includes being able to access our website and content without barriers. Whether you’re here for the podcast, blog, newsletter, or to grab some merch, we want your experience on this site to be smooth, usable, and respectful of different needs.
What We’re Doing
We’re working to make sure our site meets or exceeds the standards set by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That means we aim to:
- Make sure text is readable and properly contrasted
- Use clear headings and structure across pages
- Include alternative text on images
- Ensure the site works with screen readers
- Keep the site navigable with just a keyboard
- Avoid flashing elements or anything that could trigger seizures
- Make interactive elements (like forms and buttons) accessible
Where We’re Still Learning
We’re a small creative team, not a massive tech company—but that’s no excuse. While we’ve taken steps to build an accessible experience, we know there’s always more to do. If you run into anything that’s hard to access, confusing, or just not working right with your assistive tech, please tell us.
Need Help or Want to Report an Issue?
We take accessibility seriously, and we’re here to fix things—not just talk about them. If something on the site isn’t working for you or someone you know, please reach out to us at: board@flexworkstudios.com
Subject line: Accessibility Feedback
You can also use that email if you just want to ask a question or get access to content in a different format. We’ll do our best to respond quickly and find a solution that works for you.
Third-Party Platforms
Some parts of our content may live on third-party platforms—like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Instagram, or our merch store (if it’s hosted elsewhere). We don’t control how those platforms work, but we encourage you to let us know if something’s not accessible, and we’ll try to point you toward an alternative or help where we can.
Our Commitment
Accessibility isn’t a one-time thing—it’s ongoing. As we grow and create new stuff, we’re committed to keeping accessibility part of the process. It matters to us. You matter to us.
Thanks for being here.
